1. Acceptance of Terms

kc77 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if a breach of these terms is suspected or confirmed. This includes freezing account balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kc77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in your account dashboard.

• Deposits are credited to your kc77 account in real time, subject to network availability and the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Third-party transfers are not permitted.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Pending or incomplete KYC may delay your withdrawal by up to 72 hours.
• kc77 reserves the right to impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or processing delays where applicable, particularly during high-volume periods or system maintenance windows.

kc77 conducts regular anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all financial transactions. Any suspicious activity may be referred to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kc77 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special seasonal promotions for Bangladeshi players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the respective promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account without notice.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any given time. Stacking multiple concurrent bonuses is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by a special promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on kc77 are final once confirmed. kc77 offers cricket betting including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers, as well as slots, live casino, crash games, and fish shooting games. The following rules apply across all game categories.

• In the event of a technical fault during a live game or betting event, kc77 reserves the right to void affected bets and issue a full refund of the original stake.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice during periods of high traffic or exceptional events.
• kc77 uses RNG-certified game software from reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined solely by the software and cannot be influenced by kc77 staff or any external party.
• kc77 is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, payout tables, or betting markets. It is the player's responsibility to read game instructions before placing wagers.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or transferring account ownership, balances, or winnings to a third party without explicit written consent from kc77.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kc77 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software interfaces, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of kc77 or its licensed content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any kc77 content is strictly prohibited.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kc77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data scraping, reverse engineering, or resale of platform features.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or related to your use of the kc77 platform.

kc77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform entirely at their own risk. kc77's total aggregate liability to any player under these terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. kc77 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the kc77 platform shall first be referred to kc77's internal complaints and dispute resolution process. kc77 aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and kc77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
